Our vision about what to do on a daily basis, when we are going to work I quite simple.

That’s why this text is simple, although we could have written a long piece on the matter:
We try to offer our client the best possible services. Our client isn’t our master, is our PARNER.

Ok, so, maybe, a lot of people would say that this is just marketing “poetry”, maybe a little cheep.
But it isn’t so, for a simple reason:

At CONNECTIONS, every employee is tested, trained and evaluated once a year, and the direct manager explains to him from which’s client budget he is drawing benefits.

So, everybody understands were the money come from, and so, from were could the raise come also, and mostly what is it to be done to advance in the company.
Our activity is fundamentally client oriented, the work being done either project based (software and integrated solutions departments) or client based (maintenance and support departments).

with the exception of the administrative and research departments, the ANNUAL EVALUATION of the staff is 80% based on the feedback (evaluation) from the CLIENT.

As such, the satisfied client is everybody’s objective.
