* What does the externalization of the IT services mean?

The staff oriented towards the information technology, IT&C equipments and related activities become EXTERNAL components of the CLIENT company:
- the staff is taken over by the IT services company;
- the equipments are transferred to the IT companies accountant inventory;
- the IT&C activities are transferred in the IT’s company hands, based on a SERVICE-LEVEL-AGREEMENT (SLA) contract, with the clear demarcation of the services, of the intervention timing and of the activities workload.
The outsourcing of the IT services can be full (including all the components described above) or partial (just one or two of the stated components are to be put to work).
